Academic Partnerships is seeking a junior to mid-level project/operations manager to support the Operations team when bringing on new partners and servicing existing clients.

Job Responsibilities:

•Managing the implementation project plan including implementation schedules, outstanding items, project risks and escalation processes

•Liaising between internal departments to ensure timely completion of outstanding tasks

•Providing customer service to university and recognizes students are the ultimate customer

•Weekly accurate reporting and communication regarding project status

•Managing day-to-day operational issues for new and continuing clients

•Assist with the Program Guidelines Documents which outline standard operating procedures for the partnership

•Assisting in process improvement and application of best practices across clients

•Creation of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency across departments

•Communicating changes/updates to all stakeholders

•Assist with communication and process flows outlining student experience

•Maintaining a measurement approach to monitor continuous improvement

•Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions

•Resolve issues or concerns related to provide continual CRM and LMS support

•Ensure and schedule timely University Partner start meeting with all required departments

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Management, Communications, Project Management or related field

•PMP certification preferred

• 2-3 years of combined experience between project management and operations

•Ability to communicate with a cross functional team that is geographically dispersed and of different professional backgrounds (i.e. University Administration, Admissions Office, Technology Team, etc.)

•Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and changing company that requires high levels of flexibility and versatility

•Ability to effectively communicate across multiple departments both internal and external •Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem solving skills

•Ensure high-quality and consistent project management practices

•Experience in call center operations

•Knowledge of Microsoft Project

•Working knowledge of the following systems – Customer Relations Management (CRM), Telephony Systems, Learning Management Systems

•Higher Education Experience
