Job Title: Director, Case Management

Job Location: Bullhead City, AZ

Position Summary:

Directs Case Management activities to control cost of high risk and high cost populations.  Interfaces with Physicians, nurses, social workers, Administration and other hospital departments to affect changes in the management of cases for the improvement in quality of care and the efficiency with which the hospital resources are utilized.  Develops, implements and manages budget, customer service and financial indicators.  Oversees Discharge Planning, Utilization Review, Case Management processes and personnel.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

-       Current RN license

-       BSN degree required

-       5+ years’ Director-level experience required

-       3+ years’ case management experience required
