This niche group has great support and is thriving, but is under-developed in New York.  The right person will be energetic and will have a chance to really grow the local practice.  No book of business is required and the firm will also consider directly admitting Sr. Managers, Directors, and Principals to Partner level.  Current Partners are encouraged to inquire as well.
