Implementation Project Manager

Location: Remote 25% travel

Start Date: 7/16

Length of contract assignment: 4 months

There is strong potential for extension of it the K is interested and so is the client they might approach to convert perm at a salary between 95-110K in salary

Project Description: 

My client is losing one of its fulltime PM's to short term leave and is looking for someone to come in and take over their project portfolio that will include up to 5 concurrent projects. 

The goal will be to take over implementation already in progress and will include the coordination of the field team, check ins/status updates with stake holders and managing the effort to completion.

Consultant's Day to day responsibilities:

• Creates and execute project work plans
• Manages day to day operational aspects of an implementation
• Minimize risk and exposure on implementations
• Ensure project documentation is complete
• Facilitates team and client meetings
• Effectively communicates status and updates

Required Skills:

• Previous experience implementing Healthcare technology and clinical information systems applications
• Solid presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience managing a remote team successfully
• Clear project management skills with standard software tools like MS project
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects (3-5) at once
