1. Strong skills in agile coaching, especially with non-co-located teams.
2. Certified Scrum Master.
3. Ability to work with large, complex teams with varying levels of agile
knowledge.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to interact with all levels of management.
6. Ability to lead and influence team members.
