Our client is one of the world's prime and most varied providers of expert technical services offering full support to numerous sectors across the globe. These include engineering, high risk industries, construction and government clients.
As part of this multi-billion pound business the requirement to work in a senior capacity for a major client in London predominantly has arisen to provide CDM Coordinator activities across major infrastructure projects.
The role will also play a prominent role in leading and maintaining client relationships as well as ensuring that project is delivered on time and within budget. It will be imperative that strong client relations are developed and maintained as well as providing sound and expert advice across the project.
It is essential that candidates have major project experience acting in the role of CDMc and have full understanding of CDM Regulations and ACOP and its application as well as managing the subcontractor prequalification process and the management of commercial and contractual risk.
Candidates should be a Chartered or nearing of a construction or engineering institution e.g. ICE, RIBA, CIOB or safety IOSH. It is required that candidates are MAPS.
