Junior Breeam Consultant
Location: London / Bristol
Junior BREEAM Consultant required for busy international multi-disciplinary consultancy - London or Bristol - Salary up to £25,000, plus benefits
My client a large international consultancy are currently seeking a Junior BREEAM Assessor to help assist on a wide variety of projects including BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes, and will have the chance to work with a strong multi-disciplinary engineering team.
Candidate Requirements
- Ideally would have carried out or assisted on CSH or BREEAM Assessments with another consultancy
- Knowledge or previous licenses in Code for Sustainable Homes, BREEAM
- Knowledge of relevant UK, and International Assessment methods
- An understanding and enthusiasm for energy and sustainability.
- Strong personal and project management, time management and resourcing skills;
- A commercial and practical understanding of building design, construction and energy projects would be an advantage.
- Desirable Qualifications include a relevant degree and membership of an appropriate environmental, architectural or sustainability body.
Please only apply if you have experience carrying out BREEAM or CSH assessments, or hold a BREEAM / CSH Licence. However Licence not essential.
