Mandatory Skills Required:
C++ on UNIX environment (hands-on knowledge required with STL experience)
Databases with proficiency in SQL (RDBMS such as Informix, Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server). Candidate must really be good in SQL. 4 plus yrs experience

Secondary Skills Requested (aka Nice to have):
Prior Experience in Verizon Or Telecom Wireline Networks...definitely a plus.
PERL or similar scripting tools
XML Handling via Xerces, 
JAVA,
CORBA
Vendor to provide Laptop:
Standard Window XP Laptop (with 2 GM RAM, 100+ GB HD) with MS Office 2007
