HR Mgr- non-union mfg exp required, PHR/SPHR (closed)
Global manufacturing organziation seeks a talented HR Manager to join their team. Looking for 5-8 years of progressive human resources experience within a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for succession planning, career development, performance management systems, and creating and maintaining a postive employee environment.
Must have superior communication skills as this person may be required to present to senior level managment throughout the organization.
Must have excellent influencing skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
5+ years of staffing experience
5-8 years of human resources experience within a manufacturing environment (non- union)
PHR / SPHR required
Bachelor's degree required- human resources
