-          Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, data entry, phones

-          Assist with managing the interview process for both our candidates & clients

-          Train to become a service oriented, and quality driven Recruiter with unlimited earning potential

-          Avid researcher with strong internet acumen (it's almost scary the things you can find online)

-          Part chameleon, a little goofy and super eclectic

-          High energy - outgoing - strong multi-tasker

-          Cool as a cucumber under pressure

-          A "can do" attitude coupled with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

A plus:

-          Experience in sourcing or recruiting in a digital/creative background

-          Can do the windmill, the sprinkler, running man, or cartwheel

-          Experienced Cat Herder or Lion Tamer
