A growing public company is seeking an experienced Senior Program Development Manager ot join their team.

Working with the Director of Operations and Engineering you will be ensuring the technology, design, Lean 6 sigma products are in line & reach company and compliance goals.

You will lead a dynamic and educated engineering team on projects, coordintating with plant supervisors and Supply Chain directors regarding all new and standardized processes, ensuring all is validated.

As part of the executive team you will define operational goals, Design History files and schedule deliverables while ensuring the project plans are current. You will identify any underlying issues, target programs and identify program risks while contributing to the Engineering and Quality Assurance team.

If you are familiar with Health& safety acts, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Engineering/Reliability and/or manufacturing tools with exprience in Aerospace, Military, pharmaceutical or Medical device along with 7+ years of experience we would like to meet with you.
