PeopleSoft Analyst is responsible for the overall enterprise-wide performance, effectiveness and efficiency of middleware technology systems.    They manage the technology lifecycle by facilitating the installation, configuration and optimization of hardware and infrastructure/application software.  They perform troubleshooting of hardware, tools and applications problems, and monitoring systems, and provide support to end users by effectively working incidents.  The Senior Technology Engineer-Application Administration also provides detailed designing of systems and software and review technology solution designs to ensure optimization and adherence to best practices. 

 PeopleSoft Application Administration
- Cooperative troubleshooting of application failures
- Application installation, configuration management and optimization
- Production Control Functions (Workload Management/Scheduling, Output Management, gatekeepers for production environment)
- Middleware solutions (IIS and ASP, Weblogic, Apache Tomcat)
- I.T. Tools Support (ArcSight, nCircle CCM, SCCM, etc., PVCS)
