Move to the North Central part of Wisconsin to this nice rural community and make a difference! This critical access/trauma care hospital is looking to fill a Director of Patient Financial Services. This position will be interim but may become perm! Interviewing right away!!!

Reporting to the CFO this Director will be completely in charge of the patient billing and financial counseling with a team of 12+ employees. This position will be directly involved with the executive team, in charge of streamlining processes and making recommendations for effectiveness!

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience
Master's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA preferred
Five or more years of supervisory experience in a hospital setting
Previous experience with EPIC and/or a healthcare system setting is helpful
Ability to mentor and coach a large team
