The Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Vice President of this commercial general contractor and oversee office operations. To be a hero in this company, you must be able to work independently, have 5+ years experience as a Project Coordinator or Administrator in the commercial construction industry, take ownership of assigned tasks, be persistent and detail oriented. Strong written/oral communication and MS Office skills is a must! This position has a very high sense of urgency and is located in the Phoenix metro area. Salary DOE + benefits.
