Master Black Belt | Lean Six Sigma
The ideal candidate will come from a blended background of Consumer Devices & Customer Service, as the focus of this role listens to the customer on quality issues of consumer devices.
What you'll do:
- Identify, design and lead projects using lean/six sigma methodologies that will help achieve over-all cost and quality goals
- Identify and drive operational process improvements
- Partner with the finance teams to develop clear metrics and reporting to drive cross functional leaderships understanding of impact on supporting the achievement of each business units aggressive operating goals.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree Experience using Gauge R&R methodologies
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
- Cross functional Kaizen leadership experience
- Experience leading global business partners
- Experience using JMP or Minitab
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the seven basic tools of quality
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally ~ 25%
Preferred:
- Master Black Belt Certified
- Quality Engineering background
- Experience with Consumer Products
- Strong analytical background
- Mastery of SQL, Excel, Share point and Power point
- Experience leading global, cross functional project teams, working across different cultures, and working across different functional areas
