JOB DUTIES:   Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications, software and computing application systems

JOB SKILLS:   Must have 2 + years practical experience designing/building service solutions using the newScale (now Cisco) "Request Center" Software suite.  (ver 8.3 at a minimum)  Knowledge of ver 9.3 a plus.
