✦ At least 5 years experience with FatWire Web CMS preferably as a team lead, expert in

Fatwire technology

✦ Thoroughly understands content management principles and processes.

✦ Experience with the entire software development lifecycle ¿ including requirements

analysis, design, development, deployment, testing and maintenance.

✦ Familiar with all phases of content authoring, publishing, and delivery in Fatwire

environment

✦ Basic Content Modeling skills using Fatwire Asset model

✦ Solid hands-on experience is a must

✦ Knows the internals of Static and Dynamic publishing

✦ Strong understanding and experience in Java SE and Java EE

✦ Web Application development and deployment on Tomcat or JBoss or Weblogic

Application Servers

✦ JSP and Tag development

✦ Apache and Tomcat (HTTPS, Certs, Load Balancing)

✦ Demonstrate capabilities to work independently, with a pro-active, service-level oriented,

customer-focused mindset.

✦ Superior communication skills required; demonstrable ability to communicate in both a

technical and non-technical environment.

✦ Understands industry standard development methodologies
