Administrator of Free Standing Surgery Center

Location: North Carolina

A brand new facility with 8 OR’s and 3 procedure rooms looking for an experienced Administrator. This facility is located in a beautiful, growing metropolitan area. There are 24 physicians now and will grow to 34. Working with physician relationships is a key requirement along with strong business experience.

• Experience in the ASC and/or Surgical Services and Perioperative Services area within a hospital is needed.
• A strong manager background
• Strong business background that understands running an operation with a P/L versus a cost center in a hospital
• Needs both good physician relationship experience and business experience
• Looking at both clinical and non clinical individuals
• Bachelor’s degree is required and Master’s is strongly encouraged
