Our prestigious financial client is in immediate need of a seasoned and Sr. Sharepoint Designer/Developer to support (4) projects.   This resource will work to design and develop a Workflow Management System.   Person needs to be very well versed with Sharepoint from a functionality, design, and customization standpoint.

Additionally, the resource will need to have strong documentation skills with VISIO (ie some Technical Writing ability).

We will need the following experience and skill set:

 *   Experience with SharePoint 2010  *   Experience with Web parts, SharePoint lists, Libraries  *   Proficient with InfoPath forms, Excel, Business Objects (not a significant need)  *   Experience with building and designing workflows  *   Ability to take a manual process and detail the SharePoint workflow solution to resolve the problem  *   Good communications and analytical skills

We will likely be asking for some or all of the following activities to be performed:

 *   Analyze requirements and design technical solutions  *   Be able to recommend 'out of box' or development approach based on requirements  *   Create site hierarchies and information architectures using content types  *   Create roll-up web parts  *   Develop site templates using SharePoint Designer  *   Develop features using Visual Studio  *   Develop custom workflows  *   Customize InfoPath forms  *   Design Templates / CSS for custom UI  *   Apply SharePoint development best practices

There may also be a quantity of data migration / transformation / input that is required to populate the solutions that are developed.

We are assuming that someone with that skill set will also have the following:

 *   Understanding of ACTIVE DIRECTORY in a MULTI DOMAIN enviroment.  *   Understanding of database technology, and some form of SQL  *   Understanding of basic WEB technology :  IIS, HTTP, JAVA SCRIPT, VB SCRIPT, etc.
