Dallas Title Company is searching for a HUD Reviewer
Reviewing HUDS according to closing instructions.

• Balancing files
• Entering files, taxes, payoff and able to calculate interest.
• Full knowledge of the HUD statement.  Local office experience preferred.

Requirements

• The best candidate for this position will be an senior escrow assistant or a closer.
• Will consider a Loan Closer from the lending/mortgage side. (not a loan processor or underwriter)
• Must have extensive HUD knowledge
• Must be able to work OT last three days of the month and first three days of the following month.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Salary: 14-18/hr
