CALIBRE is seeking a full-time Metastorm Developer to join our established development team on a wide variety of projects.  This is a full time, direct hire, and internal role in Manassas, VA.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, responsible self-starter who works effectively both independently and as a member of a team. The selected individual will work all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, construction and testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ·         Provide technical specifications, system support, mentoring and assistance for team members.
• ·         Support the development of functional specifications, documentation, and training.
• ·         Define, document, and provide assistance in the assurance of the implementation of local and organizational policy and standards through training and documentation related to BPM.
• ·         Experience with database and store procedure development.
• ·         Understanding of the software lifecycle.
• ·         Research and resolve most of the issues independently.
• ·         Respond directly with customers through email to phone if necessary.
• ·         Enter, update and track issues from inception through resolution.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• ·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)
• ·         Two to five years’ experience developing business processes with Metastorm BPM, specifically creating Metastorm process maps, forms, and reports according to approved change requests and standards.
• ·         Two years of experience with Metastorm Version 9.
• ·         Two to three years of C++ experience (read and write to databases and integrate with web services).
• ·         Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• ·         Solid experience with requirements, systems analysis, design, development, and maintenance of BPM applications.
• ·         Ability to research and analyze ways to improve existing business processes that are not automated.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERED:

• ·         Administering BPM Software (install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot Metastorm BPM servers).
• ·         Experience working with software revision control system.
• ·         Web service integration for Metastorm BPM.
• ·         Knowledge of XML, including X-Path and XSL.
• ·         Understanding of CMMI, Project Life Cycle, or other industry standard process oriented methodologies.
