Alumni Program and Client Events Assistant
The position reports to the Alumni Program and Client Events Administrator. The position is a Non-Exempt status and the salary is up to a maximum of $50,000. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience in a professional services environment.
Candidates must posses: 1) strong experience with handling multiple projects, 2) the ability to organize and prioritize work, 3) an extremely high level of proven initiative and excellent communication skills, and 4) working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Additionally, experience with Interaction and a content management system is strongly desired. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to interact with top-tier clients, partners and upper management.
Assists with the coordination of webinars and seminars. Handles registration, answers questions, prepares materials, coordinates room set up and equipment, assists with CLE credit, etc..
Assist with client and alumni events and with the Firm's presence at charitable events. Responds to emails and questions, sets up ad coordinates registration, etc..
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the alumni website. Manages the username/password requests, job postings and resume submissions.
Tracks alumni information via Google alerts.
Updates alumni database (Interaction) and generates reports.
Prepares alumni departure mailings including sending departure packages, sending follow-up emails, tracks alumni movement for input into Interaction, etc..
Maintains library of client-facing presentations and CLE materials.
