16 shifts/month. Patient load averages around 20 patients/shift with a few admissions. Pay is $220,800 ($1150/shift) for new grads and then maxes out around 227K for practicing docs. In addition to base, you'll also receive full benefits, RVU and Quality Bonus, Sign On and relo. Mid level support (3 NPs)
