Project Manager - SLC, UT 84184

 

Responsibilities
*Provide SME support for key processes / products to internal and external customers / partners.
*Analyze complex business problems and generate solutions.
*Understand and document business requirements in order to design new or streamlined products and processes.
*Manage resources allocated to specific projects.
*Communicate project status to Project Team and executive audiences.
*Ensure that all training and product/process related documentation is up to date and available.
*Provide thought leadership on end-to-end process management, reengineering opportunities, and identification of comprehensive solutions.
*Work with stakeholder groups, operational management teams and technologies to lead new process design, redesign and improvement activities, either as stand-alone projects or as a component of wider programs.
*Implement process controls and new technical infrastructure
*Track and report process performance.
*Create proposals to gain buy-in/support base on analysis.

Qualifications
*Project Management Skills

*Implementing & testing, Project scheduling and control techniques
*Understanding of the Global Prepaid business unit, Operations Enablement and Prepaid Reconciliation Activities
*Experience in Business Systems and Process Analysis, consulting or project management.
*Strong decision making skills and the ability to resolve complex problems independently.
*Must possess high motivation, enthusiasm and dedication to deliver results within strict timeframes.
*The ability to influence and collaborate with all levels.
*Experience in the evaluation, analysis and optimization of operational processes.
*B.A. Degree or qualification in a relevant discipline highly desired.
*Experience in financial services/call centers or other service industry is a plus.
*Six Sigma certification, training or demonstrated application of methodology a plus.
