Fortune Company is seeking instructional designer with a B.S and 5 years L&D experience. Reporting to the manager candidate must develop training programs, workshops and classes to support a global workforce of remote learners. Strong skills and knowledge of Adult Learning Theories/methodologies a must.

Candidate will design and author training to create learning solutions which encourage an engaging, interactive and thought provoking learning environment. Must have eLearning tool and technology knowledge (ex: Articulate, Captivate)
