The successful candidate is knowledgeable and proficient in the principles and best practices in many of the following areas: Program and Project Management (PPM), Health Information Exchange (HIE), IHE standards and protocols, Service Oriented Architectures, HL7 Clinical Document Architecture (CDA), HIPAA, XML, UML, and Web Services. The successful candidate has strong process skills, is highly results oriented, and pursues continuous learning in all relevant knowledge areas. 

The successful candidate can function effectively in a large matrix multi-organizational environment; lead or facilitate cross-functional teams in SDLC and Project Management sessions; work closely and comfortably with Technical and Clinical professionals as well as Senior Managers; and possesses excellent English language verbal and written communication skills. 
  
Other Requirements: 
• BA/BS degree or greater 
• Minimum of 5 years experience in information systems analysis, software development, and project management, preferably in a healthcare service delivery environment 
• PMP or other pertinent Certification 
• Expert Microsoft Office software suite user including MS-Visio and MS-Project
