Job Description

Duration :   3-6 month ,CTH

Basic Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to abide by the assigned work schedule and work a variety of shifts to support business needs(Center is open 24x7 including holidays).
  • 2-5 years previous experience interacting with customers in a service environment required.
  • Experience in a call center a plus.
  • Strong customer service, problem solving and technology skills.
  • Intermediate Proficiency in the following technologies:

ü  HP OpenView
ü  Help Desk
ü  MS Active Directory
ü  MS Outlook
ü  SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)

  • Able to multi-task while listening to the caller, documenting in the case management system, and/ or researching the solution to the caller’s issue
