IT Service Desk Technical Support Representative (closed)
Duration : 3-6 month ,CTH
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to abide by the assigned work schedule and work a variety of shifts to support business needs(Center is open 24x7 including holidays).
- 2-5 years previous experience interacting with customers in a service environment required.
- Experience in a call center a plus.
- Strong customer service, problem solving and technology skills.
- Intermediate Proficiency in the following technologies:
ü Adobe Acrobat
ü Call Center
ü HP OpenView
ü Help Desk
ü MS Active Directory
ü MS Outlook
ü SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)
ü Windows 2000
ü Window XP and Windows 7
- Able to multi-task while listening to the caller, documenting in the case management system, and/ or researching the solution to the caller’s issue
