Job Title : Project Manager – Oracle R12 Implementation(ID: 5604)
Location : Schaumburg, IL
Duration : 6+ Months

Duties:
The Project Manager will manage all aspects of a project which will upgrade the Oracle Lease Management (OLM) module within the Oracle E-Business Suite from Release 11i to Release 12 software within our Navistar Financial business.

Duties of the Project Manager include:
• Deliver project by leading and coordinating the project lifecycle;
• Manage the gathering of project requirements with project stakeholders including definition of scope, timeline for project deliverables and necessary resources;
• Define and maintain project plan;
• Assign and monitor project deliverables with assigned team;
• Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations to assess and communicate project progress and metrics;
• Assure the attainment of high quality results as scheduled and within budget;
• Participate in risk and budget planning and tracking;
• Act as a liaison and develop a positive working relationship with team members, sponsors and functional managers;
• Negotiate resource commitment with IT group leaders, functional business unit stakeholders, and material suppliers as needed;
• Facilitate technical and analytical gaps with project team. May lead cross-functional linked teams to ensure project deliverables are met

Qualifications and Experience:
• 8+ years in IT with at least 5 years of project management experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Background and experience with ERP software solutions and implementations; preferably Oracle E-business
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with business representatives at various levels of management
• High degree of learning agility. Able to be placed in any situation with limited training and successfully grasp the required tasks to get the job done
• Demonstrated effectiveness in managing through ambiguity and driving results
• Excellent time management, organizational and administrative skills
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent
• Experience with Oracle E-business suite and Oracle Lease Management software
• Familiarity with Oracle’s Implementation Methodology
• Experience in Automotive/Manufacturing industries
• Experience creating of RFP’s is a must
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) practices
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Subject matter knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
