I am looking for Business Development person with
Excellent understanding of Aerospace & Defense companies – OEM, Tiers & Product Companies
- Excellent understanding of Engineering Services across Airplane life cycle – R&D, NPI, NPD, Mfg, After Market & Field Services
- Good understanding of different avionics systems with regard to functional complexity and criticality levels
- In-depth understanding of processes and standards involved in development and testing of avionics systems
- Demonstrated knowledge with Defense related security policies like ITAR / EAR
- Experience working in Aerospace & Defense domain,
- Sales experience as Hunter / Farmer in Avionics Engineering with North America A&D Customers
- Experience in tracking & Analyzing Aerospace & Defense Market, infer trends and map Engineering solutions aligned to market needs and build executable strategies
- Experience in building & maintaining effective relationships with customers at all levels of IT & Engineering management
- Experience in working with North America avionics / Engineering clients in offshore, on-site, Near shore modes
- Experience in building & delivering excellent presentations, Winning Proposals (RFIs & RFPs) and Value propositions.
Experience in identifying & participating in right trade shows, Conducting demand creation workshops, Road shows etc
