DUTIES:    

* Full Systems Life Cycle (FSLC) development of mobile, web, and n-tier B2B and B2C applications in this Agile and waterfall environment.

* Providing development support of critical applications. 

*  Working intimately with stakeholders, business partners, client organizations, vendors, and other groups within IT regarding customer needs, requirements gathering and validation, through to solution delivery;.

* Participating in design workshops focused on process identification and design and redesign.

* Developing specifications for less experienced development staff and participating in knowledge transfer.

REQUIRED:

MUST currently be in a senior development role now, as a technical development “go to”.

MUST have 8 years of STRONG/CURRENT object oriented design and development of B2B or B2C web based applications with 5 years of STRONG/CURRENT FSLC development with Visual Studio, VB.net and C#, XML, JavaScript, IIS, AJAX, MS SQL Server, stored procedures, web services.

MUST have UI design and Team Foundation Server or Source Safe Version Control Tools.

MUST have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and be able to interact with customers and third party partners with a strong ability to articulate business and technical acumen with flair.

MUST have a highly enthusiastic, customer focused, detail oriented, yet flexible personality and be able to work well with a diverse group of ‘cast members’.
