SR PRODUCT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Critically evaluate product information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from their underlying true needs
• Participates in brainstorms, product feasibility assessments, and product definition sessions
• Work with cross-functional team to define and document business cases, functional requirements, flow, wireframes, use case scenarios, project plans, and customer tracking plan for new features and functionality
• Monitor key benchmarks, analytics, and ROI to identify opportunities and/or flaws
• Present and defend business recommendations for changes, new features, and products using data-driven evidence such as ROI and financial justifications
• Work closely with a high-powered engineering team to inspire and execute on business requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 7-10  years of hands on product management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree and strong performance from a reputable academic program
• Deep understanding of current internet technologies, and product development, launch and support processes
• Proven aptitude to formulate sound, evidence-based decisions and to present and communicate these data points and decisions convincingly to relevant parties
• Stellar project management skills
• Demonstrated ability and intellectual curiosity necessary to interpret in-depth analyses and uncover actionable insights
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of software engineers, executives, field personnel, customers, marketing communications/ PR and subject matter experts
• Entrepreneurial/start-up experience preferred
