Brokerages are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative throughout the GTA to handle their book of business.

?Servicing of existing and new personal lines home & automobile customers

?Process endorsements and renewals

?Answer policy enquiries

?Report claims to company
Experience Required:

• Must be RIBO licensed
• 3-5 years Broker Experience – Personal Lines
• ability to work in a fast paced environment
• ability to work well with others
• knowledge of TAM (The Agency Manager)
• Good problem solving, negotiation, decision making and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance coverage, standard industry forms, and various insurance programs.
• Strong computer skills
