Company’s Public Engineering Division is looking for a well-rounded, highly motivated team player to join the Transportation Group as lead engineer of its Bridge Division.  The position includes managing all aspects of the Bridge Division from client management, project management, scheduling, proposals, billing, marketing, and business development.  Candidate must have experience with complete management of bridge projects for counties, agencies and NJDOT.  Candidate must have great communication skills, verbal and written; good leadership skills; must have familiarity with NJDOT and AASHTO bridge design codes standards.  Proficiency in current structural design software applications, with an emphasis on specific bridge design software; plus AutoCAD and//or Microstation.  Candidate must have BS in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) with a minimum of 10 years bridge design experience.
