Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Representative / Accounts Payable Accountant include:
- Process vendor payments and assist vendors with telephone inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing entries and reconciliations
- Ad hoc reporting for senior management
- Additional administrative support functions related to the financial process of the company.
Desired qualifications for the Accounts Payable Representative / Accounts Payable Accountant include:
- 2+ Years of Accounts Payable Experience
- Strong computer system skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and familiarity with ERP Computer systems
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- The ability to work non-standard office hours and some overtime is a must
Starting pay for the Accounts Payable Coordinator / Accounts Payable Accountant will be in the $45 to $50K/year range, with the possibility of some flexibility for ideally qualified candidates.
