We are looking for a Team Lead/Team Manager for one of our premiere clients in Hoffman Estates.

This is a contract to hire position.

The Team Lead/Team Manager should have 7 years of Java J2EE experience.  JSON, REST, MySQL, and API design experience is a must. Should understand J2EE concepts and designs, database modeling, and service-oriented architecture. 

This person will be responsible for about 4-5 direct reports and possibly offshore management. This person should be able to code 60% of the time and manage 40% of the time. This includes developing a project plan and delivering the project technically. Spring experience designing patterns, hibernate, and memcached are all pluses!
