* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred * At least 6 years talent management experience, with some experience managing talent reviews and succession planning * Some exposure to sourcing and recruiting external candidates using social networking and personal networking skills * Demonstrates strong project management skills
* Responsible for executing talent management strategy and retaining top talent * Work with hiring managers to determine skill gaps and hiring needs; develop existing internal talent and source external candidates when needed * Oversee performance review process
