 Responsibilities:

-Analyzing and processing requests from stakeholders

-Searching the database for potential suppliers for received orders

-Sending offer requests to suppliers

-Coordinating transactions according to procedures

-Provides user support and customer service to stakeholders

-Directs shopping carts to frame contracts & catalogues where available

-Notifies user that item is now available in catalogue
