Our client is a highly successful, mid-sized Houston design, planning and consulting firm that is expanding their land development / civil practice. 

As the Senior Project Manager – Land Development you will provide design and project management leadership for a variety of residential, subdivision and master planned community projects. Will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and designers while building client relationships with the development community. The selected candidate must be able to expand the land development practice and lead by example. 

Several years of Houston area land development project management experience including District Engineer responsibilities with municipal utility districts (MUDs) are required. A BSCE and PE (Texas) are both a must.
