Law Clerk needed for part-time position with top-tier insurance defense litigation office located in White Plains, NY.  Excellent opportunity to gain legal experience while still attending law school! The Law Clerk candidate will have the following:

• excellent legal research and writing skills for drafting motions and memoranda.
• 2nd year law student preferred, with Law Review or Moot Court experience a plus
• the ability to work 15-20 hours per week during school and full-time hours during the summer
• any previous experience with insurance defense litigation is a plus
