Area Sales Manager (closed)
Our client is one of the most important players of the automotive industry, active in importing, selling and offering after-sales services for a wide range of automotive brands and commercial vehicles including small class popular cars, SUVs, 4X4, limousines, LCVs. Our client aims to strengthen its cars sales team and started a search process for the Area Sales Manager vacancy.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for achieving regional planned sales volumes and process quality goals in accordance with company policy;
Negotiation of complete annual business plans with the dealer network - sales targets, qualitative key indicator goals, marketing budget;
Dealer management consulting and sales staff coaching
Local market analysis, strategy, follow-up and reporting;
Management of new vehicles stocks to supply the network of dealers;
Local implementation of national communication strategy;
Supervision of dealer network personnel structure and training programs;
Assistance to dealers in key B2C and B2B negotiations;
Supervising the good financial discipline of the dealer network;
Annual auditing of brand image and quality standard fulfillment;
Identifying new dealer candidates for open points in the region / cancellation of low performing dealers
The successful candidate will have the following profile:
University degree, preferably in Automotive Engineering
At least 2 year experience in the automotive industry
Availability to travel
Team player
Strong customer orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Result oriented, objective achievement
Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, excellent organization skills
Initiative
Integrity, high ethical profile
Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
Good command of written & spoken English
