They utilize theirindependent manufacturer rep organization to represent the company and products to their international dealer network .
Look out one year from today. You’re standing beside the company president who is absolutely beaming while congratulating you for a job well done. You’re being given a prestigious award at a company dinner for exceeding your expectations. Over the last year you’ve increased sales well into the double-digit range. You’ve improved manufacturer rep satisfaction, performance, training, and success. You’ve crafted and executed a strategy to expand the business internationally. You’ve also managed to provide great strategic insight to the executive team on launching new products, expanding into other markets, and providing higher value to the distribution channel and end customers.
You’re basically a hero. No doubt this company made the right hiring decision to bring you aboard.
If you’ve got the track record, we’d love to have a conversation with you. You’ll need to have a good record in growing sales year-over-year. You’ll need to have improved, changed, or enhanced manufacturer rep performance on a national level in your last few assignments. You’ll also need to have participated in strategic decision making regarding sales strategies, marketing, lead generation, product introductions and services, customer satisfaction, and distribution channels. If you’ve got experience building international distribution networks that would be a big plus.
Although our client would prefer a candidate with specific expertise in the luxury kitchen and bath/decorative plumbing industry, we’re open to examining a wide variety of experiences for top notch candidates with a strong track record of success if you’ve worked with other products in the home improvement/new home construction product arena. We believe that candidates with experience in comparable industry segments and similar distribution channels can be successful across different markets.
