The company delivers high-quality, localized websites that help clients reach new customers, both at home and abroad. The company’s platform can be used with various translation workflow options - using paid professionals, volunteer or crowdsourced translation and/or machine translation integration.

Job Opportunity:
The company is actively expanding the Sales, Marketing, Technology and Services teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cutting-edge web technology and a passion to break down the language barrier on the web. The Senior Strategic Account Manager position will manage and grow direct sales of company’s solutions and services. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, consultative meetings, proposal creation and negotiating deal terms.

Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand and mission in the marketplace
- Create, implement and own a sales pipeline to manage the entire sales cycle
- Achieve or Exceed assigned sales goals each month and quarter
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to optimize every aspect of the product offering and customer engagement process
- Team with your fellow salespeople to identify and implement best practices
- Build and sustain great customer relationships
- Delight customers

Requirements:
- Experience and history of success (8+ years) selling technology-based solutions and services at the executive level into businesses of all sizes.
- Strong working knowledge of web technologies, such as browser-based languages, Content Management Systems, IP protocols and related delivery infrastructures
- Experience selling to both IT and Business users
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20%)
- Training in Solution Selling or equivalent
- Experience with the localization industry a plus
