Following expansion within our busy Healthcare team we have a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcer.

Successful Resourcers will be working in a strong sales and customer service environment, using sophisticated search tools and methodologies in order to locate candidates for both permanent and contract appointments.

As a Resourcer you will be involved in a range of recruitment activities such as:
+ Working to targets based around interviews, placements and sales lead generation
+ Thoroughly screening and qualify applicants ensuring well-matched candidates are submitted to clients
+ Effectively using various recruitment methodologies such as internal recruitment databases and online search tools
+ Responding to client requests
+ Supporting the Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers during all client liaison and sales activities, deputising where necessary
+ Identifying sales leads and gathering customer intelligence via networking with candidates
+ Regularly reviewing online and media job publications to identify sales opportunities
+ Researching the employment market in order to identify new candidate sources, name gather and generate referrals from existing candidates.
+ Ensuring that comprehensive and accurate database records are maintained

Competitive Basic + uncapped commission, 1st years OTE of £25,000 - £30,000
