The People Bank Scarborough Office is currently recruiting for our client in the Energy industry who is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the GTA territory. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.

Salary

$3,500.00 each month for the first 3-months (including auto) plus 6% commission

After 3 months, Sales representative will be on commission - 10% commission on each sale.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for executing an aggressive sales strategy.

Job Description:
The Outside Sales Representative will perform all or some of the following Job description:
•Responsible for generating new business
•Present Company services to potential customers
•Close new accounts
•Work closely with internal management and clients and ensure a sales success.

Minimum Requirements
•3 years of Lighting Sales experience to Contractors, Builders, and Electrical Retailers
•Ability to hit the ground running and close deals quickly
•Strong sales skills including prospecting, forecasting, pitching, presenting, and closing large deals
•Proven track record at business planning and achieving measurable goals
•Ability to create dynamic, complex, highly targeted proposals customized to the specific needs of the customer
•Contract negotiation experience
•Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills
•Strong organizational and analytic skills
•Self motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
•Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines
•Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills
•Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet proficiency.
