Have you sold to Wal-Mart, Lowes, Rona, Home Depot or Canadian Tire? If so then we would like to speak to you about an exciting opportunity as a National Account Manager working for one of the world's largest manufacturers of brand- name products for the home improvement and new home construction markets.
The People Bank Scarborough Office is currently recruiting for our client who is seeking two National Account Managers for their growing expansion into Canada. Our client is a respected manufacturer selling high quality products to big box stores.
JOB SUMMARY:
The selected individuals will be responsible for all activities surrounding customer relationships and growing the existing business.
-Current program analysis, product line reviews, development of pricing and customer presentations
-Establish standards of performance that clearly communicate expectations and build accountability
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
-Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact comfortably and effectively with various levels of management.
-Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and CRM Software
-5 plus years selling consumer durables is required
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
-College / University Degree required,
-5-7 years National Sales experience in a big box environment
-Minimum 3 years of direct account Management responsibility
SALARY:
-Competitive salary, incentives , benefits and bonus structure
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be able to travel to the United States
-Must be able to work from a home office
