Business Performance & Analysis Manager ? UAE National Only!

IRIS Executives, number 1 headhunter in the Emiratisation market is urgently looking to recruit for one of its major clients in Dubai a Business Performance & Analysis Manager ( Please note: Only UAE Nationals are considered for this role).

Job Purpose Summary

·         To drive the planning, forecasting and strategy agenda for the relevant business area.

• To provide deep insight into performance management issues and levers.
• Manage MI and Analytics agenda for the business unit as a subject matter expert for the areas handled.

·         Develop new analytics based on evolving data capabilities.

Main Accountabilities

• To ensure the following are performed:

-          Rolling capital plan

·         Develop and lead on value add performance and MI issues.

·         To ensure the ad-hoc requirements for analysis of financial information are responded to promptly and accurately.

·         Provide monthly MI and raise issues on Recharges and Eliminations.

Knowledge/Expertise and Experience

• Partly Qualified Accountant or relevant experience
• Understanding of business drivers and levers
• Team working and Relationship building
• Between 1-3 years? experience in a financial performance role
• Preferably working in an environment of change
• Experience of SAP
• Excel to Advanced Level and databases.
• Experience of working in an international environment
