1) Directs, administers and plans the daily business office operations, activities and personnel for assigned area to include but not limited to billing and collecting of patient accounts, preparation of insurance claims and admissions. |

2) Participates in the development of the strategic planning for the organization and implements approved changes. |

3) Develops and monitors a variety of analytical and statistical reports to assist with departmental forecasting |

4) Participates and attends a variety of professional meetings and/or committees. |
|
|
5) Develops and maintains business relationships with organizational departments or community entities as required. |

6) Takes ownership of assignments; other duties as assigned or requested. |

7) Communicates and listens effectively with internal and external customers; effectively understands instructions and shares knowledge. |

Education |
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study. Education may be substituted for relevant experience |

Experience |
Five (5) years of related experience of which three (3) years must have been in a supervisory capacity. |
