•Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required

•Master's degree and/or CPA certification strongly preferred

•Minimum of three years experience in a for profit acute care hospital as an ACFO

•Excellent interpersonal skills

•Demonstrated oral and written communications skills in the working environment.

•Five years of management experience as a supervisor/manager

•Hands on experience with computer programs such as Excel, Lotus, and other spreadsheet programs

•Experience working in a team environment a must

Salaries will range according to each individual facility –but typically land between $150-$160K – with bonus potential.
