REQUIREMENTS

* 2+ years experience leading a custom applications development function including hiring, leading, mentoring, and handling work assignments for the developers
* 5+ years full lifecycle development experience including standard concepts, practices and procedures within the web development field
* Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, JSP, Java, JDBC, PL/SQL, XML. UNIX-Shell Scripting, Vignette Content, Vignette Content Management Suite administration, Vignette Application Portal development/administration, Vignette Content Analysis Server development/administration, and other programs necessary to dynamic Internet and web development.
