- Bachelor Degree Science/Business/Change Management or related field preferred
- Masters Degree or MBA Preferred
- Black Belt Certified - detailed understanding of Sigma methodology and practical application of tools
- Change Agent Certified preferred
 
Required:
- A minimum of eight years of experience
- A minimum of 5 years executing Sigma/process improvement projects/mentoring Belts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to coach and guide green belt and black belt candidates towards using sigma tools towards project execution adn completion
- Detailed-oriented; attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple, competing business needs
- Strong leadership presence and ability to interact with senior management
- Ability to quickly build effective working relationships and diplomatically negotiate
- Active listening and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to function well in ambiguous and complex environment
- Experience working across organizational boundaries
- History of effectively managing a matrixed team to deliver on business results
- Sharepoint/teamSite expertize - will be required to populate Sigma TeamSite with updated process
